Genesis REIT Socimi is a Spanish- Israeli real estate company that was founded in 2016 and is in the process of being listed to the European market (EURONEXT).

We engage in the purchase, improvement, and rental of real estate assets mainly located within the M30 road, Madrid.

Our investment strategy focuses on the improvement of our projects by renovating the apartments and public areas, adding elevators, and increasing accessibility, increasing construction permits, dividing the building from one unit into several apartments in the Spanish taboo.

Genesis enjoys higher than average rents and has a very high occupancy due to the location, modern design, and the management services of our projects.

Our projects are mainly rented to students, therefore most of the assets are located close to leading universities.
